The location of the hotel was quite convenient, close to restaurants and shops. The hotel had a nice balcony with a great view. , the staff was friendly and helpful.
My experience at the hotel was quite a disappointment. On New Year's Eve, the hotel was overpriced for the amenities offered.

The WiFi can be a bit spotty, but that's a minor detail in the grand scheme of things.

Delightful family, friendly and accommodating. Clean and well serviced amenities. Easy to access and park. Helpful and friendly reception staff. Quiet with good sound insulation. Balcony is an advantage.

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the basic amenities were all clean and well-maintained. We particularly enjoyed the quiet location and the easy parking facilities; it was a great base for our city break.
the breakfast was quite basic and started a little later in the morning than we would have liked.
